Conference registration cancellations will be accepted through Wednesday, January 13, 2010, and any refunds granted are subject to a $25.00 service fee.  All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or mail to eTech Ohio.  Cancellations received or postmarked after January 13, 2010 will not be accepted for any reason.
