*exhibitor sessions are available to all qualified exhibitors. In order for an exhibitor educational session to be published in the guidebook, it must be marked "complete" by November 19th.
Once each opportunity closes, proposals marked Complete will be reviewed and scored during the month of October. Applicants will be notified of successful or rejected proposals by late November.
Approved presenters are encouraged to check back here in December for registration instructions and presentation information.
