Cancellation Policy
Conference registration cancellations will be accepted through Wednesday, January 6, 2012, and any refunds granted are subject to a $25.00 service fee. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or mail to eTech Ohio. Cancellations received or postmarked after January 4, 2012 will not be accepted for any reason.
