The eTech Ohio Commission is excited to announce the development of a new initiative for the 2009-10 school year a Distance Learning Clearinghouse. The Ohio General Assembly recently charged eTech Ohio with creating an electronic catalog of distance learning courses offered via a computer-based method for Ohio schools. The objective of this initiative is to provide an informative, online catalog with available distance learning courses. Through this linking avenue, Ohio school districts will be able to share distance learning opportunities offered across the state to meet student needs.
