Eligibility Requirements
All public and private K-12 education entities and public libraries are eligible for E-Rate support. Specific eligibility requirements can be found on the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) website. eTech Ohio encourages eligible schools and libraries to apply annually for E-Rate funding to assist with the costs of telecommunications services Internet access and internal connections.
