2008 - 2009 EETT Awards
The eTech Ohio Commission and the Ohio Department of Education are pleased to announce that 57 sites were awarded funds for the 2008-2009 school year in the competitive grant process. The EETT grant program is a two-year, federal initiative to ensure that funded projects are of sufficient scope and quality to efficiently meet the purposes of the federal No Child Left Behind legislation. Approximately $5 M in federal funds has been awarded through this competitive application process to eligible Ohio school districts.
EETT Timeline - July 2008 through June 2009
There are two components of the 2008-2009 EETT Competitive Grant. The first includes the continuation grant application. Buildings eligible to apply for the continuation grant currently have an EETT grant. The second component of the 2008-2009 EETT Competitive Grant program includes the new grant application. Eligible buildings submitted a Letter of Intent (2008-2009 New Grant Letters of Intent Received) to apply for this grant.
