In her work with school improvement and change, Dr. Holcomb provides a common language and tools to facilitate collaboration and understanding among stakeholders across schools, districts and state agencies. She has also written several books to assist schools in the change process including Asking the Right Questions: Techniques for Collaboration and Getting Excited about Data.

To encourage and enable collaboration surrounding technology planning, eTech Ohio has adopted Dr. Holcomb's five guiding questions for use in the TPT 3.0. The questions are simple and straightforward:

Where are we now? Where do we want to go? How do we plan to get there? How will we know we're getting there? How will we sustain focus and momentum?
