In this document you will find the remaining entities (school districts, community schools, ESCs and JVSDs) that have either not submitted their FY02 fiscal reporting documents or have submitted reports that are incomplete.
If your district is listed as having failed to submit the required fiscal reporting forms, please do so immediately. If your district has any unspent PD Grant funds as of the December 31, 2002 deadline date, you are to return those funds in the form of a check (made payable to Treasurer, State of Ohio) and attach it to your FER report.
Failure to comply with required deadlines of submission for any PD reporting documents could result in a delay or possible forfeiture of future PD funding.
