Final Reporting Documents
PD Grants FY03 requires two documents to be completed for final reporting - the Final Expenditure Report and the Final Project Report. Both documents are provided below. An example project report is included at the end of that document.

Guidelines
To meet the expressed needs of school districts, the following guidelines have been approved for use of the Ohio SchoolNet FY03 Professional Development Grant Funds. For your convenience, we have also attached a Glossary of PD Terms used within the guidelines.

Missing Final Reports
In this document you will find the remaining entities (school districts, community schools, ESCs and JVSDs) that have either not submitted their FY03 fiscal reporting documents or have submitted reports that are incomplete.

If your district is listed as having failed to submit the required fiscal reporting forms, please do so immediately. If your district has any unspent PD Grant funds as of the September 15, 2003 deadline date, you are to return those funds in the form of a check (made payable to Treasurer, State of Ohio) and attach it to your FER report.

Failure to comply with required deadlines of submission for any PD reporting documents could result in a delay or possible forfeiture of future PD funding.
