A Software Evaluation Protocol Designed For Teachers By Teachers

This protocol was developed as part of the SchoolNet Plus Software Review Project (ENC/SSRP), facilitated by the Eisenhower National Clearinghouse for Mathematics and Science Education (ENC), and funded by the SchoolNet Plus Project, Ohio Department of Education. Special assistance was provided by the Reynoldsburg City Schools (Version 1 development) and Instructional Technology Services of Central Ohio (Version 3 Development).

The SchoolNet Software Review Project (SSRP) provides a tool to assist to Ohio's public school educators in selecting educational software that is beneficial to students. The goals of SSRP are to develop protocols for the evaluation of K-4 software and help educators use the protocols. The two tools below, developed by the SSRP team, are available for your use in evaluating educational software.
