Registrants that cancel more than three (3) business days prior to the first day of the event will not be invoiced by eTech Ohio.

Registrants that cancel three (3) business days or less prior to the first day of the event, or do not attend for any reason, will be invoiced by eTech Ohio.

Cancellations that create any vacancies may be filled on a first come, first serve basis using the wait list.
