The primary audience for participation is Ohio's K-12 school district technology staff. The following Hall Pass users are able to access the Technical Reference Library upon logging into their account, navigating to the Resources page and clicking on the Technical Reference Library hyperlink. Technical Reference Library accounts are provided to eligible technical staff on a first come first serve basis. Non-public schools may purchase accounts to access the online Technical Reference Library at an annual cost of an individual license.
