Usage Fees
Videoconference Services are made available to members at no cost. Connections to sites outside of the Ohio K-12 Network using ISDN PRI gateway services, satellite uplinks or downlinks or other additional services may incur charges. Contact the eTech Ohio VNOC if you have questions about connection charges for a specific meeting.

Point-to-Point Conferences

- No cost to members.
- No scheduling required for ATM sites.
- To schedule non-ATM sites, use VC Manager.

Multipoint Conferences

- No cost to members.
- To schedule a conference, use VC Manager.

Conversion conferences between H.320 and H.321 sites

- No cost to members.
- To schedule a conference, use VC Manager. You will need to specify the speed of the conference in your request (i.e., 384kbps, 512kbps, 784kbps, etc.).

ISDN PRI Inbound Calls from Off-Network Sites

- No cost to members. The off-network site is responsible for all related fees for inbound calls.
- Members must schedule all ISDN PRI gateway service calls using the VC Manager. Resources are subject to availability.
- Members scheduling ISDN PRI calls must provide the ISDN number for the off-network sites. Off-network sites dialing into the network will receive a confirmation email that includes a 10-digit phone number that the off-network room will use to dial into the video bridge.
- ISDN PRI calls are limited to 384kbps.

ISDN PRI Outbound Calls to Off-Network Sites

- 5 cents per minute per channel (e.g., 384kbps call would be 30 cents per minute, $18 per hour) to members.
- The requesting site is responsible for all related fees for outbound calls.
- Members must schedule all ISDN PRI gateway service calls using the VC Manager. Resources are subject to availability.
- Members scheduling ISDN PRI calls must provide the ISDN number for the off-network sites.
- ISDN PRI calls are limited to 384kbps.
