Starting in 2012, eTech Ohio broadened our efforts to collect state educational technology data by requesting participation in the national Speak Up survey. Since 2003, more than 2.6 million K-12 education stakeholders have participated in the annual online surveys. Data findings are shared each year with federal, state and local policymakers to inform education programs, policies and funding. Speak Up surveys not only the teachers, but also parents, students, and administrators - creating more comprehensive reports and statistics. The Speak Up survey launched on October 3, 2012.
