Video Conferencing Services
The eTech Ohio Video Conference Network Operations Center (VNOC) operates and maintains a state-wide videoconference network providing reliable multi-point videoconference services to over 900 customers throughout the state of Ohio. Our services include conference bridging, gateway, and gatekeeper services, real-time monitoring and help desk support, web-based conference reservation management, conference recording, live streaming, satellite downlink, and High Definition video.
The center has been in place since 2006. Since that time, our services have been used extensively for distance education, electronic field trips, meetings and conferences, interviews, depositions, and statewide training. The service is available, but not limited to, Ohio's K-12 school districts, colleges and universities, educational service providers, public television stations and state agencies, departments, boards and commissions.
VNOC Help Desk
Our VNOC Help Desk support technicians answer the phones live, from 7 am-10 pm EST Monday - Friday*. After hours, we maintain 24hr support by calling our master control help line at 614-485-6641.
