The eTech Ohio Commission was created in 2005 to consolidate state investments in telecommunications support services provided to Ohio’s public broadcasting affiliates, Ohio Government Telecommunications, and K-12 school districts. From its inception the Commission was designed to improve efficiencies, effectiveness, and to facilitate the expansion and utilization of educational technology.
Today, eTech Ohio not only provides cost-effective telecommunications solutions, it also promotes and supports the use of educational technology and the development of 21st century learning environments. A variety of resources are available, including professional development, funding, toolkits and more.
